This is the first post on my new site. I built it as a simple hub for posts and anything else worth sharing — written in Markdown, published by dropping a file into a folder.

Why a personal site

Owning the place your writing lives matters. Platforms come and go, but a domain you control is durable. This site mirrors what I publish elsewhere while keeping the canonical version here.

What to expect

The best time to start writing in public was years ago. The second best time is now.
